So the student Chromebook is asking for an old password when attempting to log into it. Luckily this can be resolved easily and quickly.
On the window where it wants to put in the old password, click on the words "Forgot Password." Another window pops up saying that the data on the Chromebook will be unrecoverable unless that old password is put in.
Click on "Proceed Anyways"
This will force you to continue the log in process. There is no data on the Chromebooks that are important or vital to keep.
If this is happening continuously, please put in a tech ticket.
